I bought this Xcel wetsuit because I was expecting something comfortable and easy to move in, but it felt way stiffer than I thought it would. The shoulders were tight almost immediately, and paddling felt like way more work compared to my old suit.

I tried to give it a fair shot over a few sessions, thinking maybe it just needed to break in, but it never really loosened up for me. Maybe it’s fine for someone else, but I feel a bit misled by how it was presented, and I definitely regret buying it...

Am I the only one who had a hard time using the website? The pages were loading really slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work right, and the checkout process was confusing. I ended up getting annoyed and gave up before ordering anything...

The wetsuit showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. Shipping just took a bit longer than I expected, and from the tone of the updates, I kind of assumed it was moving along faster than it actually was. Not a huge deal, but clearer updates would’ve been nice

I returned my order and the whole process has been a mess. I’m still waiting on my refund, and at this point I feel like I should be compensated for the time and hassle. I just want this resolved soon.

I bought this wetsuit thinking it would feel a bit more premium for the price. The fit was fine, nothing really wrong there, but the material felt average to me and not that different from cheaper wetsuits I’ve used before. I’m not saying I tested it super thoroughly or anything, so maybe others will feel differently, but based on my experience I wouldn’t buy it again at this price

I really wish I didn’t have to keep chasing customer service for answers. The replies were slow, and when they finally came, they weren’t very helpful. I ended up feeling ignored, i regret expecting the support process to be smoother than it was.

I bought this for chilly surf days hoping it would keep me warm, but it was really uncomfortable. It felt stiff right away and rubbed my neck so badly that after about 20 minutes I just wanted to take it off. Maybe it fits other people better, but for me the comfort was a total miss. I’d really like the brand to take feedback like this seriously, because gear meant for cold water should be wearable without causing irritation

I really wanted to like this, but as soon as I put it on I thought, “Hmm… this feels kind of cheap.” The fabric was stiff and scratchy against my skin, and I kept noticing it the whole time. Definitely not something I’d reach for if I wanted to feel comfortable.

About 20 minutes into my surf, water started flushing in around the neck and lower back, the whole suit felt heavy and stiff. Paddling got tiring way faster than it does in my old wetsuit, which was frustrating.
